   • In-Person or Virtual Meetings (1 Hour)
     We offer personalized, one-on-one meetings—either in-person or via video call. This is your chance to review your plans, discuss vision details, or address any concerns to ensure we’re aligned on your wedding day goals.

   • Vendor Virtual Meetings (1 Hour)
     We facilitate up to one hour of virtual meetings with your key vendors (e.g., DJ, photographer, caterer) to discuss logistics, timelines, and any special requests, making sure everyone is on the same page as your big day approaches.

Timeline & Ceremony Planning

1. • • Timeline Planning
       We’ll create and maintain a detailed timeline for the day, including arrival times, ceremony start time, and vendor schedules. This helps ensure your wedding day flows smoothly from start to finish.

     • Ceremony Planning
       We assist with every detail of your ceremony, from readings to music, and provide recommendations tailored to your vision. We’ll work closely with your officiant to ensure the ceremony is perfectly aligned with your style.

     • Final Details Planning
       A month or two before the wedding, we’ll review all the details—seating arrangements, vendor contracts, décor, etc.—to ensure everything is in place. We’ll also confirm timing and logistics with all vendors.

Planning Assistance

1. • Vendor Coordination
     We work with your vendors to ensure that everyone is fully informed of their responsibilities and the timeline for the day. This includes:

     • DJ/MC

     • Photographer

     • Florist

     • Baker

     • Venue Manager

   • Work with Officiant
     We collaborate with your officiant to coordinate the ceremony details, including processional and recessional orders, vows, readings, and any special rituals or traditions you may have.

   • Assist with Ceremony Processional/Recessional
     We’ll guide you through the planning of your processional and recessional, including who walks when, in what order, and coordinating with the officiant, bridal party, and music.

   • Vendor Confirmation & Orders Review
     We’ll confirm all vendor orders—such as floral arrangements, cake delivery, or photography packages—and ensure that all services are booked and scheduled accurately.

   • Final Vendor Coordination
     In the final month leading up to the wedding and on the day-of, we’ll confirm final details with all vendors to ensure everyone is in the right place at the right time.

 Ceremony & Venue Walkthrough

• Ceremony Rehearsal (1 Hour)
  A detailed rehearsal session for you and your bridal party to walk through the ceremony, ensuring everyone knows when and where to move. We’ll also help with timing, cues, and any last-minute adjustments.

• Venue Walkthrough (1 Hour)
  A walk-through of your ceremony and reception venue to ensure everything aligns with your vision. We’ll confirm the layout, décor placement, and any logistical considerations, making sure your space looks perfect for your big day.

Day-of Wedding 

Wedding Coordinator & Assistant

• Your dedicated wedding planner will be on-site overseeing the entire event to ensure everything runs smoothly. From vendor coordination to timeline management, we’re there to handle the details, so you don’t have to.

• One wedding assistant will also be onsite to assist with set-up, vendor management, guest services, and breakdown. (Additional assistants may be added if needed at an additional cost)

Ceremony Coordination

2. • Set-Up Basic Décor in Ceremony Area
     We’ll arrive early to set up any ceremony décor, including flowers, signage, and personal items, ensuring the space is beautifully prepared for the event.

   • Assist Officiant
     We’ll coordinate with the officiant to ensure they have everything they need, from ceremony scripts to timing, and assist with cues for readings or music.

   • Coordinate with DJ/Musicians
     On the wedding day, we’ll be in constant communication with your DJ or musicians to ensure the music plays at the right moments, from the processional to the recessional and any special song requests.

   • Direct Ceremony Processional
     We’ll direct the flow of the ceremony, ensuring that the bridal party, parents, and other important guests walk in the right order and at the right time.

   • Direct Ushers & Program Distribution
     We’ll assist your ushers in seating guests and distributing programs, ensuring that everything goes smoothly as guests settle into their seats before the ceremony.

   • Remove Ceremony Décor
     After the ceremony, we’ll take care of removing any décor from the ceremony site, whether it’s moving floral arrangements to the reception or packing up personal items.

Reception Coordination
We’ll manage all reception events, ensuring they’re executed according to the timeline, including introductions, speeches, first dances, and special moments.

2. • Assist Caterer with Service Timing
     We’ll work with your caterer to make sure meals are served on time, coordinating the flow of courses, appetizers, and beverages to keep everything running smoothly.

   • Reception Events
     We’ll lead and coordinate the reception events, including speeches and toasts, first dances, bouquet toss, garter toss, and cake cutting. We’ll help facilitate these moments according to your preferences.

   • Reception Décor & Set-Up
     We’ll help with the set-up of key reception areas, including the sweetheart table, gift table, guest book, dessert table, and signage placement. We’ll also work with your florist to ensure centerpieces are arranged as planned.

Vendor Management
We’ll manage and communicate with all vendors throughout the event—keeping things on schedule, addressing any issues, and ensuring that the timeline is followed.

Breakdown & Clean-Up
At the end of the event, we’ll assist with the breakdown and packing of décor items, ensuring everything is accounted for and in the proper hands. This also includes conducting a final walk-through of the venue to ensure everything is in order.

Starting at $600

This Mini Planning Package is perfect for couples who want a hands-on, supportive partner during the planning process without committing to full day wedding management. This package offers a selection of essential services to help you get organized, make important decisions, and ensure your plans are on track for your big day.

We’ll create a customized timeline for your wedding day, covering all the key events, vendor arrival times, ceremony start time, and reception schedule. This timeline will act as a roadmap for your entire day, helping to keep everyone on track and ensuring a smooth flow of events.

Ceremony Planning Assistance
Whether you’re planning a religious or secular ceremony, we will assist in designing your ceremony flow. Final Details Review
One to two months before your wedding, we’ll conduct a thorough review of all your plans, including vendor contracts, décor details, and the final wedding day timeline. We’ll confirm all the last-minute details with your vendors to make sure everyone is prepared and aligned.
